  • Temperatures can vary widely—especially on Pikes Peak. Expect it to be 20–30°F cooler at the summit than in town. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket, even in summer.

  • Not at all! Our tours are vehicle-based with optional short walks at scenic stops. We accommodate most mobility levels, but let us know in advance if you have specific needs.

  • Our tours often climb above 10,000 feet, and Pikes Peak reaches over 14,000 feet. Most guests adjust well, but if you're prone to altitude sickness, we recommend taking precautions before your tour. Stay hydrated, eat light, and let your guide know if you feel unwell—sickness bags are provided at all times, and fresh air breaks can be made whenever needed.

  • We understand things happen! Please call or text us immediately. While we strive to wait a reasonable amount of time, major delays may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without refund, especially if it impacts other guests.

  • Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure for standard bookings, and 7 days for private groups. This policy allows us to honor our schedule, maintain availability for other travelers, and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Safety is always our priority. Tours run rain or shine, but in cases of severe weather, we may delay, modify, or cancel the tour. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no cost.
